March 6th and 7th - Dundalk bounced back from last weekend's defeat in Tallaght with a comprehensive four-nil win away to Finn Harps in Ballybofey. The Lilywhites scored twice in both halves - Pat Hoban scored twice with Michael Duffy and Greg Slogett also on the scoresheet for Vinny Perth's side.

Shelbourne's third Dublin Derby of the season ended in defeat to Bohemians. The future landlords versus tenants clash went the way of the Gypsies thanks to second half goals from Andre Wright and Danny Mandroiu. That win saw Keith Long's side move up to third place in the table after making it three wins from five so far.

St Patricks Athletic moved upto fourth after their second win of the season. They beat Cork City one-nil at Richmond Park. A goal from Billy King just before the hour mark settled that one as Neal Fenn's side lost their fourth game from five.

Friday's final match saw Waterford come from behind to beat Derry City two-one at the RSC. Stephen Mallon's second goal of the season had the Candystripes ahead but Sam Bone equalised at the end of the first half. Alan Reynolds' side secured the three points in injury time when Shane Griffin fired home.

Saturday night's game saw a battle of the Rovers as Sligo hosted the leaders. Stephen Bradley's side made it five wins from five as they won an entertaining game three-two. Jack Byrne's opener was cancelled by Ronan Coughlan's penalty just before half time. Two second half goals from Aaron McEneff and Aaron Greene ensured Sligo's injury time goal was only a consolation.

The early leaderboard for March is headed by three people on 35 points each - Andy Dunne, Eoghan Farrelly and Tommy Hamill. Three people are just a further two points back - Gary McGurk, Gearoid McIntyre and Niall Carroll. Full details below:
